Policy
Clarity in every transaction. Read our detailed refund guidelines for both on-site counter bookings and future online payments.
1. MANDATORY NO-REFUND POLICY
Tickets are Non-Refundable: All tickets purchased through the Nasibpur counter or our digital portal are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable. Once a transaction is complete, the seat/slot is blocked and cannot be cancelled or assigned to another individual.
Late Arrival & No-Show: Failure to arrive on the booked date or leaving the park early for any reason (including personal emergencies) will not entitle the guest to any refund, partial credit, or rescheduling of the visit.
Weather & External Factors: Water park activities are outdoor events and subject to weather conditions. Rain, thunder, or moderate weather changes do not qualify for refunds. In case of extreme weather alerts that require park closure for public safety, refer to "Section 2: Exceptions."
2. EXCEPTIONS & VALID REFUND CASES
Online Payment Glitches
If an online transaction fails but the amount is debited, or in cases of **duplicate payments** (same ticket paid twice due to network lag), the excess amount will be verified and refunded to the original source within 7-10 working days.
Full Park Closure
If management is forced to close the entire park due to an **unavoidable technical failure** or government mandate before 12:00 PM on your scheduled visit date, we will offer a full refund or an equivalent credit voucher for a future visit at the discretion of the management.
3. THE REFUND PROCESS
Submission
Submit a formal refund request via email to **waterparksj@gmail.com** with your digital receipt, transaction ID, and a clear reason for the request.
Verification
Our finance and audit department will verify the claim against our visitor logs and payment gateway reports within **48 to 72 hours**.
Settlement
Once approved, the refund will be credited back to your original payment method (Bank/UPI/Card) within **7-10 Indian business days** as per banking cycles.
